 Refunds are available for vehicle history reports that were not delivered successfully.

 Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Reports or services that have been successfully delivered and accessed do not qualify for refunds.

Conditions for Refund Approval

Proof of technical issues or errors in the purchased report must be provided to qualify for a refund.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Torque Tech inspection support team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

 Include your  date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue. The support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind cases or if the report revealed unfavorable vehicle history information.

Final Decisions

All decisions regarding refunds are final and at the discretion of the Torque Tech inspection support team.
